The Producers Guild of America has revealed their nominees for the best of 2010, with most of the usual suspects showing up on their lists. However, noticeably absent is Winter's Bone, the character-driven drama set in the Ozarks which has been included on most short lists of possible Best Picture Oscar nominees. The PGA nominees usually fall pretty close in step to the Academy's choices for the best films of the year (expanded to 10 from 5), although last year the PGA went with Star Trek and Invictus while Academy members opted for The Blind Side and A Serious Man. Both the Academy and the PGA awarded The Hurt Locker top honors in 2010. Filmmaker Judd Apatow will be hosting the 22nd Annual Producers Guild Awards ceremony on January 22nd.
